What payment options do you accept for purchases?

Wagg More accepts PayPal, Master Card, Visa, Discover Card, and American Express for your convenience.

 

Will Wagg More send an order confirmation e-mail?

We will send an e-mail confirming your order and a second email after your order has been shipped.

What are your shipping rates?

There is a standard flat rate shipping fee of $7.95 for many items. Some items may have an additional shipping charge due to oversize package and weight.

 

How long does it take for my order to ship?

If the item(s) you selected are in stock, we usually can ship your purchase out in 1 to 3 business days; you will receive those items 2-5 days from ship date. Some items on our site require 2-3 weeks for delivery time. For those items, the timeframe is indicated in your email order confirmation / secondary email delivery confirmation.

 

Can orders be shipped to foreign countries?

Unfortunately, we do not ship orders outside the continental U.S. at this time.

 

How is sales tax calculated on orders?

Sales tax will not be charged on shipments outside New Jersey. We calculate sales tax on your merchandise total. A sales tax of 6.625% is applied to all orders shipped to New Jersey addresses.

 

If I purchased more then one item in an order, will all items ship at one time?

Wagg More will try to send all products you order at one time. However, If there are any oversized items purchased with other items, there may be additional packages at different times sent from your order. This includes any out-of-stock items until arrival to Wagg More. 

 

Can I send Gift items to more than one person in a single order? In other words, can I send a gift to my sister in Florida and a product to myself in New York in one order?

At this time, we can only ship products to a single address within one order. You are best to place separate orders to ship Wagg More products to separate addresses. 

Curb Side Pickup / In Store Pickup

If you are planning to place an order online and would like to do a store pickup or curb side pickup please apply promo code "pickupfree" in the checkout page. That will deduct the cost of shipping charges from your order. Curb side pickup and in store pickups apply during our normal business hours only. Please attach any notes when you place an online order. Such examples; "please have my order ready for 3pm pickup in your store.  Or  "please have my order ready at 4:15pm I will pull up in front of your store in my Blue Ford SUV". These notes can be added right underneath the promo code.

 

Returns

 

We understand from time to time, that our customers may need to return one of our products. Please make selections carefully and contact us prior to making a purchase to resolve any questions you might have about an item. 

 

At Wagg More, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the unused item in its original condition within 7 days and Wagg More will arrange for a prompt and full refund (less the original shipping and handling charge). 

 

Our return policy

If you are not satisfied with your Wagg More purchase, we do our best to help you through the return process. All items to be returned must be in new and unused condition. Simply return the unused item within 7 days from date of shipment. We will take it back and issue a refund for the price of the item (less the original shipping and handling charge). If the item comes back to us in a used or damaged condition, Wagg More will not be able to issue a refund.

 

Please note: This return policy does not extend to bedding. All bedding is non-returnable due to health concerns for our four-legged ones.

Please allow up to 15 days to receive and process your return. If you have provided us with your email address, we will send a return confirmation email the day your return has been credited to your account. 

 

What happens if my dog damaged an item?

Wagg More is not responsible for damaged resulting from chewing or rough play. Our products are amoung the highest-quality available for your pets. Even so, sharp teeth and lots of high strength energy can even put the toughest pet products to the test. While shopping with us, especially for toys, please make consideration whether your dog or new puppy is an aggressive chewer. Even puppies can have surprisingly strong jaws!

Wagg More offers you a safe and trusting way to shop online. We use and are provided with Secure Server Software, which is both the industry standard and most up to date software for transmitting your personal information online.
